Q: What is the policy for annual dues payment/collection?

A: The annual assessment amount of $260.00 is due from each home owner by March 1 of each year.  A late fee of $50.00 will be applied on April 1 to all home owners who have not paid in full. An additional $10.00 per month late fee will be applied at the beginning of each successive month to all lot owners with outstanding balances until full payment is received.

Q: What do the annual dues cover?

A: This fee covers operating expenses, including maintenance of grounds (irrigation, landscaping, street lights, and snow removal).

Q: What exterior modifications to my home require board approval?

A: Modifications requiring board approval are as listed, *but not limited to, the following:

  • All fences and fence designs are subject to prior written plan approval by the board.
  • Mail boxes must be original design and type selected by the developer.

Q: Who is the preferred trash collector?

A: Rumpke is the neighborhood’s preferred trash collector.  Rumpke picks up trash in Wolf Trace on Wednesday mornings. Contact Rumpke: (502) 568-3800

Q: What is Wolf Trace’s fiscal year?

A: Fiscal year is on a calendar year basis (January 1 – December 31)

Q: When was authority transferred from Ball Homes to the Wolf Trace HOA?

A: Authority was formally transferred from Ball Homes to the HOA Board of Directors on August 1, 2006
